Dr. Ala Omar Ali graduated with a DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ali completed a two-year postgraduate program in Esthetic and Operative Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2011.  In addition, Dr. Ali earned a doctorate degree in Restorative Dentistry from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2015.  Dr. Ali currently works full time in the undergraduate department of Prosthodontics as well as part-time in the Advanced Education Department of Esthetics and Operative Dentistry at Tufts. He is an advisor to several Masters of Science candidates and also conducts research in the field of CADCAM and ceramic materials. In December 2017 Dr. Ali became an associate at New England Dental Associates, Franklin, MA. Dr. Ali works mostly with Implant and Esthetic dentistry cases.

Dr. Khaled Shaikhi is an Assistant Professor at the Division of Medicine, Department of Comprehensive Care at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. 20 plus years of clinical dentistry experience in Private practice, academic clinical setting and community health center. Dr. Shaikhi graduated with A DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Shaikhi received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) in 1999 from University of Benghazi, Benghazi, Libya. He received his a Certificate of Oral &Maxillofacial Pathology in 2012 and an MS Degree in Oral Science in 2013 from The State University of New York at Buffalo, NY. He is a Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology with Fellowship in both Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine. Dr. Shaikhi held responsibilities as Quality Assurance Coordinator at University of Benghazi, Benghazi, Libya (2013-2016) and also held responsibilities as Chairperson, Department of Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Diagnosis & Radiology, University Of Benghazi, Libya (2014-2016). Currently, he is providing medical consultation for medically complex dental patients. He teaches and supervises pre-doctoral dental students in the diagnosis and management of medically complex patients at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Course Director for Oral Health and Overall Health Rotation and Medicine-Pathology Case Discussion Rotation for under-graduate students, and Preceptor, Oral Medicine Postgraduate residents.
